Schedule your initial appointment
Schedule online in minutes. You'll be prompted to submit your insurance information in the patient portal. A credit card is required to hold your spot.
We'll help verify benefits
We'll review your insurance and let you know whether nutrition is covered, what your cost-sharing looks like, and what to expect before your first visit.
Meet for your first visit
We'll review your history and develop a personalized plan. Insurance is billed directly and you'll be invoiced for any remaining balance after your visit.
